The first in a new series of essays about the horribible movies I love... this time it's Battleship!

As we revel in the victory on the equal rights front I take a minute to thank those who paved the way... and I ramble a lot. 

I sometimes wonder if people are actually paying attention to what's going on in this country. I debated writing anythign about the horror in Charleston and the issues it's whipped back up in the public eye... in the end I wrote this.

The title says it all.
